A Little About Us
The aim of our community initiative is to support young offenders, former prisoners, women and children facing challenges, as well as low-income families. We will achieve this through volunteer efforts in our gardens and Tiffin Box project.
Our plans include to grow and cultivate food, which will be prepared and sold to the public, alongside growing plants for sale. Additionally, we will provide meals prepared in the tiffin box to those in need within the Oldham area.
We will also conduct educational courses focused on horticulture at Westend House. These represent our initial plans, and we anticipate further developments over time. Furthermore, we are in the process of applying for charity status.
Volunteers will have the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and references, with the potential for paid positions in the future.
To enhance our support services, we will be offering free advice sessions one day a week at our premises located at 144 Main Road.
